Today, I witnessed the 25 cows of Aqeel Karim Dhedhi popularly known as AKD, the undoubted king of the Karachi Stock exchange. All 25 cow were a master peice in their own way.. Motee , tazee , lambi , chauree, goree , kaali and all…. All these sacrificial animals have been kept in an empty plot near sultan masjid in defense where it is like a mela.. larkon ki tolyaan aur even families bhi aa raheen hain dekhne aur lutf andoz honay…

25th december…..Birthday of the founder of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah. The leader whose vision, courage and leadership led us to attaining this wonderful nation. Claiming a country from the reigns of colonization might be easy but Jinnah created a nation out of a minority in the Indian subcontinent…..a feat which has no comparision in the world.
Salutes to Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah and I hope our current leaders shall follow his guidelines to put our country back on track………..
Memons and early food servings at dawat don’t go together. but it is being made possible by the efforts of the leaders of the memon community….. Giving several incentives to people to serve food at their wedding ceremonies early along with a very strong TV campaign regarding this issue on LABBAIK TV is making this noble cause successfull…….Hats of to all those trying to put things back on track….
I justs witnessed a dawat where dinner was served at 10:40 PM amazing……..there were some late comers who were embarrased but they surely would turn up early the next time and May Allah grant all of us the courage to enhance this noble cause.

its winters in karachi. much awaited winters. Winter marking its entry with rain. 50 mm rain recorded on Monday Deecmber 04, 2006. this time the winters have arrived early and i hope it remains for a longer period of time. enjoy the winters and the rainy season

Today, I atlast decided to go with my core competency that iss FINANCE. I would be doing my majors in Finance and perssuing a career in Financial planning, budgeting and cost management.
A career decision made at last.
For so many days i was wondering whether to opt for Finance or Marketing as a major in my MBA. Both had their pro’s and con’s.
Actually I don’t want to persue a career in banking or insurance company so I was worried about the scope of Finance. Although i love Finance.
There are 10 types of people in this world: people who understand binary, and people who have friends. But there are actually 11 types of people in this world: those who understand Gray, and those who don’t. No, in fact there are only 10 types of people: those who know ternary, those who don’t, and those who confuse it with binary.
